ABOUT ME

I am originally from Mexico City. I lived in the US for three years and studied my first MA degree there. Then I studied 1 year in Estonia. I currently live in NY. I'm interested in Aesthetics, Semiotics, Gender, Feminism, Contemporary Art, Art & Technology, Art & Science, Philosophy of Technology, Philosophy of Science, New Media, etc.

I play the violin and the piano and I am interested in experimental uses of music and sound, but I also love classical music.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel a lot and couchsurfers have always helped me! I try to host surfers whenever I have time and space. I enjoy all sorts of people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had just pleasant experiences and most of the times I become really good friends with both surfers and hosts. I try to get to know people and share things with surfers. I do not use Couch Surfing just as a place to find free hosting.

兴趣

I love music. I enjoy both ancient and contemporary classical music. If you host me or surf with me, music is what I will definitely share with you!

I enjoy reading (both fiction and non-fiction). However, because of grad school I mostly read theory and non-fiction so I am a little rusty about fiction and new novels.

I like to dance and spend some good time with friends. I prefer a good conversation above everything!

I can totally share music. Sometimes I travel with my violin, so hosts can hear me playing (or jam with me if they play any instrument or sing). I can also share experiences about my language and culture. I enjoy cooking, so I can teach you one thing or two about Mexican food!
