Lot of interests in my life, beside sports (athletic,snowboarding, yoga) I love books, science, philosophy, shamanism and poetry :)
I am open-minded and tolerant, optimistic in all situations and you can see me very rare without smile:)
Lots of people think I am creative and inspiring, but the best way is to make own opinion :))

PHILOSOPHY

Mind, self awerness and consciousness, leaded by heart is my way of living. Yogic lifestyle, increasing an understanding and personal health care is for me very important.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I get a very nice experiences here on couchsurfing. My big thanks to all the people I met trough couschsurfing, they help me a lot on my trips.
I highly reccomand, to be a member and enjoy the energy from all the parts of the world. Be warmhearted and the same will came to you;)

兴趣

The best way for me to feel my body realized is a sports, specialy YOGA(I really fell in love with it), running, streaching, biking, hiking, snowboarding and I am bit into rope activity ;)

To feel realized my mind I love to read books and meditate and do pranayama(yogic breathing techniques). Often I try to write short stories, poems..:) Last year my work is focused on running sport and mind centre activities in breclav.
My last stay in india in Paramanand ashram brings me more awareness into things of life :)
