ABOUT ME

i am a restless guy...always like to do experiments with new thing everyday..for this i joined meditation, did volunteering(as a health teacher)joined music classes(though i m very poor at it)and roamed streets without any fixed destination.my friends say i am like an open book,down to earth, funny and caring.

PHILOSOPHY

the reason people find it so difficult to be happy is:they always see the past better than it was and present worse than it is...b happy and make the world laugh with you...

Algo increíble que he hecho

during my vaccation after my second year at med school....i ran out my house without telling anybody...i was out for 12 days..during which i visited different part of chitwan national park..mediated..and helped old ones staying on temples.i was completely out of contact from this world for 12 days.
