I'm from Portland, Oregon and have been here for most of my life. After college I worked for a year then quit both of my jobs to travel around the world. I'm learning to balance enjoying the present moment and planning for my next adventure. I keep an open mind and an open heart in order to get the most this wonderful world has to offer.

I'm not huge on movies, but I do love music and reading.
Live music of almost any kind, but I like the oldies. Anything that makes me feel like I go back in time, whether it's music or books or art, I can dig it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met up with my long lost uncle on Ko Samui in Thailand. He is a major hippie who lives in a hut out in the jungle with his Thai wife and puppies. We rode mopeds on the dirt roads of the Thailand jungle, ate fresh fruit off the trees in his yard, and cooked authentic Thai food over a wood burning stove. It was amazing.

Teach: how to hula hoop, make jewelry, and laugh at yourself!
Learn: how to build stuff and cool new things from the locals.
Share: crazy stories, food, and laughs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook and clean like no one's business. I also LOVE animals and kids-- so if you need any help around the house put me to work!
I'm also pretty handy when it comes to computers. I can't build a big fancy website, but I can do basically everything up to that point.
