I’m a graduate student at Florida State, studying screenwriting at their film school. Ninety-nine percent of my time is dedicated to the program, but the 1% of free time I have is spent watching Jersey Shore with my cat.

I met a girl on a cruise 5 years ago and we still keep in touch to this day. I’ve traveled to Canada to stay with her twice and she’s come to Florida to stay with me at my university. She loves traveling and got me involved with couch surfing. While visiting her in Montreal, she decided to meet up with an Australian boy from couch surfing. He ended up visiting New York the same weekend I went back after visiting my friend. We hung out and had an awesome time. It just blew my mind that a small connection through an app led to a chain of people meeting each other.
