My names Rachael and I'm a 22 year old soon to be Philosophy graduate.
I was born in Jamaica but raised in London since I was 4, but do try to go back when I can. I love to socialise and meet new people (especially inc. drinks) and I've always found it interesting to hear stories from people for the same and different walks of life. After living and studying for a year in Hong Kong it really peaked my interest in travelling and living abroad and after graduating I'd love the chance to relocate and potentially start a career abroad!

Movies and TV: Harry Potter!! Also Whiplash is one of my favourites, Inception, Shutter Island, Wolf of Wall Street anything DiCaprio or thriller. I love documentaries especially crime ones, Quentin Tarantino movies and for comedies I love a bit of Seth Rogan and the gang. Obsessed with Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Scandal, How To Get Away with Murder, Greys Anatomy (Shonda Rhimes is the best).

Music: I love a bit of everything with my favourite artists being Eminem, Sia and Amy Winehouse. Also love Gaga, drum and bass Grime, Old Skool Garage, Bassline, Funk and Disco, Trap, Reggae...essentially any I can dance to that has a sick beat.

Books: My reading for leisure days are long past me, the only things I read now (just about) are philosophy articles/papers for essays...

Probably my year abroad in Hong Kong as it was my first time living abroad alone. It was one of the best experiences of my life, I got to make loads of new friends, experience a different culture, learn some cantonese (which assisted my haggling in the night markets), travel and just completely change my perspective on what I wanted for myself in the future.
