I'm Rachael. I love meeting new people through travelling; there seems to be a consensus amongst travellers that we are nice people :D and willing to try anything (at least once!) I have met some of my best friends through travelling and hope to meet many more.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm looking just to meet up with people either visiting or permanently located in SW London or Surrey as I'm new to the area!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I cycled from John O' Groats to Lands End staying almost entirely on couches (bar a few areas in Scotland) and I don't think I could have done the trip without such lovely people. Sure, I could have stayed in hostels all the way along (and taken an easier route rather than my couch detours) but I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet so many interesting and inspiring people! After a long day on the road by myself, the hospitality of my hosts really touched me - I can't speak highly enough of the whole CS concept!

I can help with your English, teach you how to throw a frisbee pretty far and debunk the myths of Oxford.
