ABOUT ME

I have spent most of my adulthood in San Francisco, California- but have lived in Amsterdam and the east coast of the USA. I'm enthusiastic about love, life, yoga and food; cooking is one of my favorite past times. The world we live in is beautiful and it's my mission to be present in the moment and to really absorb what's going on around me.

Whether it's cooking, teaching yoga, attending music shows, or participating in the number of events in San Francisco- I am always out and about- discovering, uncovering, and realizing the beauty in every moment of existence.

I am currently traveling- started in Iceland (Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, and Turkey to say a few) in June and will continue until next summer (2015). I am traveling mostly through the yoga community, volunteering and working at studios and retreat centers, but have couch surfed in both Iceland in Sweden.

The intention for my year abroad is to learn, share, explore, and experience-- tapping into the local communities and participating-- making connections.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate mainly as a surfer and hope to host one day when I have an adequate apartment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience with CouchSurfing has been amazing. I used couchsurfing a few years back when living in Amsterdam. I have nothing but good things to say about the community- and look forward to giving back and hosting in the future.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Burning Man twice, hiking the grand canyon, watching the full moon set and the sun rise in the same time, living abroad, and meeting a countless number of amazing people.

I enjoy learning from others and also sharing what I've experienced in life- from cooking, macrobiotics, philosophy of the world/people/thoughts/spirals- the energetics of food, personalities and the plants around us.

I think sharing is something that happens organically and is not always foreseen- we can all learn from each other and teach one another.
