My name is Rachel but everyone calls me Rach. I am 21 years old and am trying to get out and explore the world that has treated me so well. I am going to school to become a lawyer. I grew up in Utah and I’ve been outside of the country one time (Shout our to PR for the best experience!)

I am on Couchsurfing because I want to be able to travel smart and learn while doing so. What's better than living with people who actually live in the places that I'm traveling to in order to learn as much as I can about the culture while I'm there? I want to meet new and interesting people and make memories that I'll be able to keep forever.

My interests include meeting new people and making new memories. I'm always okay with trying something new. I love coming home with stories to tell about the places I've been and the souls I've met. I love a good soundtrack and taking pictures & videos of the moments I live.

I love listening to all kinds of music but mostly alternative indie and alternative r&b. I love action movies, romance movies, and comedies. I also love a good documentary. I read philosophy books often but other than that I don't read too much but am open to different things.

At my university I have had the opportunity to be involved in many clubs and organizations. One of them is the International Student Ambassadors that has taught me a number of things about the world just being able to work with international students from over 50 countries. These are skills that I would love to practice and improve on through traveling.
