Overview
About Me
I'm a noodle expert and a Marylander renewed to Colorado. I'm a writer with expertise in nonprofit engagement strategy. Super passionate about conserving energy and water resources and delight in culinary travel.
I speak Thai, Lao and Spanish and love the foods from the regions where these languages are spoken. If I'm not chasing down a food cart, you can usually find me in China Town alleys chowing chow-mein, hiking the Rocky Mountains or skiing down them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For the love of travel! For the love of noodles! For the love of reciprocity, too. Long live the Share Economy!
Can't wait to host travelers when I'm out of surfing phase.
Interests
Love cultural exchanges, learning languages, cooking noodles and global ethnic literatures. Love mountains, skiing and clean air and discussing renewable energy and the clean energy transition. Love sustainability and sparkles. And sustaining sparkles :)
