Overview
About Me
I'm a recent graduate of Texas A&M University. I graduated with a degree in theater and have been working in a professional theater for the past year in Texas! I decided to take a year to travel and live abroad so since August I have been an Au Pair in France! During my year here I'm really eager to see as much of Europe as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There's no time like the present to experience the world. And if not now, when? I want to see the places I thought I'd never have the chance to see. I love the whole idea of this website and the "travelers helping travelers" mentality. Meeting new people and experiencing new cultures is super important to me.
Interests
I love coffee and conversation! Also beer and conversation :) I love seeing/making theater, reading, history, music, writing. I play a few instruments and sing (I actually have an EP out on Spotify/iTunes so there's a shameless plug for ya). I'm a big fan of local food wherever I'm at! I also love visiting museums and exhibits whenever/wherever I can!

Music, Movies, and Books
If I had to create a genre that encompasses most of my reading interests it would be "historical fiction with a touch of fantasy/magic"
I love indie and folk music. My favorites are Dave Matthews Band, Death Cab for Cutie, Bon Iver pretty much anything you can imagine sitting and drinking coffee to on a rainy day
I loooooove historical dramas and documentaries. But I'm also constantly watching The Office.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great conversation and genuine interest in their experiences and in their town/city/country. I've got an open heart and mind and love getting to know people. I love sharing things about my life and experiences as well!
