About Me
Hey, my name is Rachel and I'm 19 years old. I finished school last June. I didn't know what to study and I also wanted to have the opportunity to find out more about myself and this wonderful planet!
So I took a gap year, worked for a couple of months in a bakery and did tutoring to finance this trip.
November 2015 a friend and I started our trip to several countries around the world, we've been on the road for seven months.
Last October, I moved to Berlin to start my studies in political science at the Freie Universität zu Berlin.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't want to sit in a hotel and spend a week in another country, leave and basically haven't seen a thing except the hotel room.
I want to meet new people who offer their coach and find out more about them and how they experience their own culture. As soon as I have enough space and my own flat, I will give back what I received because I believe in this concept of giving and taking, as much as everyone can.
