I'm a lover of live music of all sorts, making sure I go to at least 2-3 gigs a month!
Currently I work in an X-Ray department as an assistant and hope to progress through to being a Radiographer eventually.
Until then I'm going to attempt to see the world a little bit at a time :)
Massive animal lover, at a party if there is a dog, you will more than likely find me sat in the living room paying far to much attention to him.
I have a staffy called Flo, she is the love of my life... drives me crazy at time for her need to be right next to you at all time because she loves you too much, but I wouldn't change her for the world.
I love getting tattoo'ed, currently about to start my largest tattoo to date, a large octopus on my shoulder. I have recently started getting a tattoo when I visit a new foreign city, I have got one from Macedonia and Miami so far. So if you could recommend a decent tattoo studio that would be greatly appreciated.

I am a smoker, but a respectful one,meaning I will never do it in the house or any area that is out of bounds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few of my friends actively use couch surfing and have told me time and time again that I should start using it on my travels as I adore seeing places from the locals perspective, they may know little underground/dive bars that have open mic nights with some amazing artists, or a cool bar that sells funky cocktails and has karaoke(even though I'm rubbish, I thoroughly enjoy a good karaoke session), even the best diner to visit for a proper home cooked meal!

I've never had the confidence to stay with anyone on couch surfing prior, but recently I have been doing a lot of solo travelling and I have really enjoyed meeting people in the hostels/hotels that I have stayed in! The only downside is that most of them are travelling themselves and have never visited this place before like myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment my choice of music preference is folk, indie and country music, but this does change on a semi regular basis. Not in the way that I stop liking certain music but I might not be in the mood for some Charlie Worsham and in fact fancy a bit of MÖNGÖL HÖRDE. I'm not really a tv/movie kind of person, I would definitely rather be sat outside with my friends/family or exploring rather than stuck in front of a screen.
As for books, I'm really into crime dramas type books.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than happy to cook a meal for the host, walk the doggos (if applicable), provide wine/beer. Anything I can do to help basically.
