Hello! I am Rachel from America!

Like most foreigners in Korea, I too am an English teacher. I have lived in the Sokcho area for around two years and truly love living between the mountains and the sea!

My favorite thing in the world is FOOD. Food is definitely one of my favorite ways to experience culture. I am a pretty busy person, but I will definitely try to make time to share a meal with you.

FOOD, dancing, hiking, soaking up the sun while reading a good book, sitting in the quiet of gorgeous scenery and thinking about stuff, coffee.

I also have a bit of an obsession with maps. I have a room dedicated to them. If you are visiting and would like to donate a map of where you are from or where you've visited I might love you forever.

I once made this ridiculously delicious meal out of left-overs. I've tried to recreate the masterpiece to no avail. :(

Also, travelling around Asia has been pretty amazing. :)
