My name is Rachel and I am twenty-three years old. I currently live in Minnesota and works as a Technology and Employment Specialist at a nonprofit through AmeriCorps. I like to travel and try new things all while meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm trying out Couchsurfing because I have had friends use it and swear by it. I am also interested in spending my money on traveling and experiencing the world instead of spending money on hotels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music and often know the words to every song. I prefer movies that are NOT scary. I enjoy comedies, romance, documentaries, and indie films. I prefer books that are based on actual events, that way I feel like I am learning along with reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done is I have sang at Disney World.

Teach, Learn, Share

I feel that most of the things I could teach people, like cooking and music are also things that I could learn from someone else. I would love to learn to how to play the guitar and how to do pottery.
