I am a fourth year college student studying chemistry and visual arts. I want to work in the art preservation field once I graduate university.

I try to travel as much as I can. I am ideally a morning person especially when it is sunny. I generally would rather be outside.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is not only about the places you are able to go but also the people you meet. I find it so important to make friends with people while I am travelling. I have realized a lot of the memories I have depend upon the people I am with. I have made so many friends as I travel the world and would like to continue to do so.

Interests

I like hiking, yoga, concerts, art history, learning new languages. I have a broad spectrum of interests and am willing to try everything at least once.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now, I like the bands things that have a electronic feel and opera-esque woman singers. White Noise and Where Memory Dwells are some of my favorite books. And I like anything Wes Anderson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure if this counts, but I stayed in a home stay in rural Mexico and conducted interviews with each of their neighbors for field research. I felt accomplished.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about art, chemistry and random words in tons of foreign languages. That has to account for something.

Currently, I am studying xray technology analysis in pigments.

I can be good company and contribute nice conversations. I will buy you coffee. Unfortunately, I do not have much to give or share since I will only have a backpack of my belongings. However, I can share good energy and presence with you!
