About Me

Currently residing in Manchester.

I tend to like the animals that people don't, snakes, spiders etc, the more venomous the better. I love the outdoors and like to hike and cycle when I can. I am friendly, outgoing and always up for trying new things. People often tell me I'm the happiest person they know. I like to think I am very open minded and love to hear peoples opinions on things.
I never need a second invitation when beer is involved.!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I absolutely love the idea behind Couchsurfing! To me, the best part about travelling is meeting new people and without sounding too cheesy 'doing as the locals do'. So far I have had brilliant experiences couchsurfing with people in Florida, Denmark and Belgium, I got to meet some amazing souls and had the opportunity to do and see things that I wouldn't have seen following the usual tourist trails.
Even though I am not able to host at the minute I have had a brilliant time hosting people in the past and hope to be able to do it again soon!

Interests

I am an animal person, anything and everything to do with animals I am there. The same can probably be said for the outdoors, I love hiking, I have a rather large collection of plants and one sure way to make me happy is to take me to the beach. I describe myself as a converted introvert, I have my shy and awkward moments but generally I love to socialize and meet new people :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything with David Attenburgh in it and Star Wars, apart from that I'm not particularly fussy. My music taste leans more on the heavier side but changes that frequently I can't even keep track. As for books, crime and mystery novels are the way to go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Road tripping around Ireland. It may not seem like the most adventurous road trip possible but there is nothing quite like getting to properly see and fall in love with your own country.

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom
