I am a nature lover, adventure seeker and creative mastermind, my journey so far has been a wild ride and I intend to keep it that way.

I give incredible hugs and my laugh is quite contagious to say the least.

Easily captivated by a good dance beat, heavily influenced by sunshine and passionate about making yoga accessible for all regardless of wealth, race, or status has connected me to some pretty spectacular people along the way.

Im passionate about exploration above and below the water and hope to inspire more men to try yoga and women to try scuba. Its a balance.

Hitchhiking the BC Rockies in the middle of avalanche season on a yoga journey, carrying a guitar can be used as a way to connect or a life raft.
