PHILOSOPHY

I try to enjoy each new day for what it is, happiness is something you have to look for and can find in your daily life : reading a good book, spending some time with a friend, looking at a nice landscape, switching on the light when it's getting dark or having the heating on when it's freezing outside !!
I'm not fussy and try not to worry about things that may not happen. I try to be positive as much as I can :).

So far, I've only hosted but I've always had a great time with the people coming over and every time I find it hard to say good-bye...

Daring the change haircuts after years with the same cut ! At last, feeling myself with that new haircut, shorter and messy ;).

I can teach you French cuisine...and especially share it with you for lunch or dinner :p
And I'd love to guide you through Paris, Chartres and its area although I'm still a learner myself...I regularly read books about Paris and I'm still a tourist in my own area !

I could guide you through Chartres, have you discover the city and if I have enough time, I'll be glad to show you around Paris !
I love cooking (and eating !! lol) so I'll do my best to cook some French dishes and if you like cooking too, I'll let you the kitchen and its cupboards and utensils for you to use and prepare a dish from your country :-9.
I like sharing about each other's cultures, way of life, languages etc.
And if you want to, I can take you to one of my rehearsals at the band or the symphonic orchestra and you'll be at the heart of French people's every day life !
