About Me
ABOUT ME
I just recently moved back to Minneapolis from Brussels, where I was working as a study abroad advisor for a private Belgian agency. Now I'm a grad student in the Comparative and International Development Education program at the U of M. I love being back in the Twin Cities, but I'm looking to expand my social circle since most of my friends have moved out to the suburbs.
An intro about me: basically I am extremely passionate about life and I love being involved in things that I can take pride in and get excited about. I love European culture which is why I moved to France September 08. I love the slower lifestyle, the fashion, the cafes, the food, the pastries, the coffee, the public transportation, the architecture, the tourist attractions, the small towns steeped in history, and above all THE LANGUAGE.
Other passions include figure skating, watching hockey (especially Minnesota hockey!), cheerleading, dancing, biking, roller blading, running, staying active in general, playing piano, traveling, reading, and of course doing annnything fun with friends!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I first moved to Lille I used CS to find friends and ended up meeting one of my best friends in France. Then when I moved to Brussels I met the girl who then became my roommate!
I also used couchsurfing to find places to stay when I was traveling in Latvia and Estonia.
