ABOUT ME

I just recently got back to Vancouver after traveling for 30 months around India, SE Asia, New Zealand and Australia. I am still getting settled here in Canada, and once I do, I will love to have travelers stay once in a while.

I try to live my life as healthy and full as I can. All in balance. I work on Main St at a coffee shop, and live on Commercial Dr. I love East Vancouver and know lots of great spots!

The more present you are in life, the more life gives back. The more presence you are in your day to day life, the more the rest doesn't matter but just enjoying here and now. The more we grasp this concept, the more the little feeling in the back of our minds that tell us that we are incapable of purely enjoying life no matter what the situation, will fade away. There are no problems, only solutions. We are here to enjoy life!!
