I am grateful to be alive and experience beautiful people and places around the world. I enjoy simple things like dipping into streams, lakes or oceans. Sunshine (no matter the temperature) makes my spirit glow! I like cities (the food, music and culture), but am recharged by the wilderness, surrounded by plants and animals.

I'm open to all types of music, I especially love music with narrative! Some of my favs are Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Peggy Honeywell, The Byrds, Be Good Tanyas, Buffy St Marie. Just getting into Myriam Gendron who put Dorothy Parker's poetry to music!

I enjoy work from Amy Mckay (Birth House, The Virgin Cure), Elizabeth Hay (Late Nights on Air), Camilla Gibb ( The Happiness Movement, Sweetness in the Belly). I LOVE reference books about birds, plants and maps. One of my favourite things to do when travelling is find a local bird book and go look for birds. I'm drawn to books about LIVING! I find comfort in reading spiritual awakening books such as Celestial Prophecy, Tenth Insight, Power of Now, Conversations with God, and practice choosing love over fear~ sometimes easy, sometimes hard!
