One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How about a few?

Going to a bunch of National Parks in one year, including Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, the Badlands, Painted Rocks National Lakeshore, and Mount Rushmore (+ Crazy Horse, which should be a National Monument!)

Driving 10 hours straight to bring winter clothes and supplies to the incredible Native Americans defending their land at Standing Rock

Seeing alpine critters above the clouds on the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park

Defying all of my parents and societies expectations by traveling alone as a 20-something girl, something I think everyone should do.

Hiking over the France-Spain border with my Osprey pack - the view was stunning. I stood in France and Spain at the same time!

Watching the sunset over the castle from the astronomical tower in Prague while having a debate about politics and morality with a Mormon from Utah

Climbing the Citadel in Budapest (again, with my giant backpack)

Driving from Arnhem, Netherlands to Dresden - across almost the entirety of Germany in one day. There are fields of yellow flowers spanning in every direction, so lovely

Countless times going up the extinct volcano that is Arthur's Seat as well as watching the sunset on the Craggs in Edinburgh, Scotland

Hitchhiking from Galway to Connemara National Park in Northwest Ireland with a couple of Irish lesbians

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always open to learning about other cultures, cuisines, mythologies, history, and hearing stories from individuals who come from walks of life different and distinct from my own. I have a lovely backyard and would love to hang out under the twinkle lights discussing life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, justice, and equal rights for all.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love talking to people. I'm working on making my listening skills match my talking skills. I can play a bunch of instruments and am always happy to cook together, serenade, or converse about just about anything.
