Hi! I am Rachel :) a 29 years old Brazilian .

I moved to Australia at the age of 19, attended international schools and worked at different segments of the hospitality industry. This has allowed me to develop a sensitivity and understanding of living and working with different cultures. I went back to Brazil in 2011, but have been infected by the travel bug ever since.

Last year, I decided to take the plunge to study away from my home country at a more mature stage and moved to Portugal where I am doing Master in Marketing.

As well as travelling and languages, I have a passion for outdoors activities. I challenge my limits through running and long distance races.

I first joined couchsurfing due to my adventure in the European summer with some friends about 4 years ago. it was a great experience!
