ABOUT ME

I am a student from Wales, currently on my year abroad in France. Before going back to study and then look for a job (sigh of panic!), I want to make the most of my time and travel as much as possible. I hope to discover incredible places as well as make life long friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Still searching for what I want to do, I hope travelling will open my eyes to new experiences. As long as I am surrounded by family and friends, I am happy.

I look forward to meeting great/interesting people, learning and understanding their culture, and possibly their skills, and as for myself, I hope to be great company (which you will be the judge of, obviously).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not couchsurfed yet but heard great stories from other people and look forward to having amazing stories of my own to tell.

Interests

Travelling and learning new languages are challenging and I like to challenge myself. I enjoy unwinding and spending time with friends either out in restaurants/pubs or at home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to watch films but shockingly have not seen a lot of classics which I am now trying to do. I like mainly hiphop and RnB music but am open to other types such as Indie, Pop, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Teach, Learn, Share

I work as a language assistant and so can help people learn different languages. I used to play steel pans (if you have a spare set!). I would like to learn creative skills such as photography, learn to play an instrument e.g. guitar/piano and also cooking (very handy skill as a student).
