Overview
About Me
Hi! Before considering staying, please see "My Home" and "House Rules." I live in a sharehouse that prohibits overnight guests, so it complicates things a bit.
CURRENT MISSION
Just pivoted from a stable and predictable life to one of uncertainty and adventure. Trying out some self-discovery before settling down again.
ABOUT ME
Curious about everything. I keep my life as spontaneous as possible. I love to hear people's life stories, I feel we all have a book ready to be written.
PHILOSOPHY
Spontaneity. Unconditional love. Curiosity. Corny stuff, I know!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Active host and surfer. I've also organized many get-togethers! I like to spread the word about how cool CS is to friends who might not normally consider it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My favorite thing in this world.
Interests
I get really nerdy-excited when talking about history, politics, business ideas, and art. I also like to exercise, work out, dance salsa, loooong walks, Wim Hof Method stuff like ice baths.
I really enjoy exploring different interests.
Music, Movies, and Books
MOVIES: I could watch Jurassic Park and the Matrix 100 times. Artsy films if I'm in the mood. On occasion I also like to watch thought-provoking anime.
MUSIC: Could be from Mexican folk to rock to electronic music. Depeche Mode. However, If I hear a song on the radio more than 3 times a day, I probably don't like it...
BOOKS: Anything that makes me fly or challenges my thinking. I'd like to write at least one book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Quit my cushy, comfortzoned career and life and left my hometown to move to Tokyo
Teach, Learn, Share
Strongly believe that tolerance, respect, and wisdom comes from knowing yourself first. The rest is automatic.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A laid-back, no-expectations, and respectful attitude. I'm also clean and try my best to leave zero impact in my host's home.
I have hosted around 30 people people so know the difference between a respectful guest and one that takes advantage of you.
