One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every year, I tend to spend at least 10 days in a meditation retreat taking place in complete silence.
(And without any technology of course)

I can share and teach you Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and basic Martial arts besides other unusual things.

As a professional Personal Coach, I can also assist and help catalyze positive change in other more specific areas of your choice.
