CURRENT MISSION

Looking for some serious traveling adventure! Or for the times I can't find it for myself, I'd like to live vicariously through other travelers.

ABOUT ME

I have an infinite number of places I would like to travel, but unfortunately I don't have unlimited funds! I would happily travel the world 3 times over, but I've made the decision to go back to school and continue competing with horses.

I'd say I'm pretty laid back, and I'm in a pretty spontaneous place right now where I am looking to meet some incredible new people looking for adventure!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea of couch surfing!
I have a friend that just came back to Calgary and told me all about her couch surfing adventures. I'd never heard of it before then, but I was blown away! It sounded like an amazing opportunity to meet people with similar interests (and still have a taste of adventure even if you're stuck at home!), so I signed myself up.
For the time being I will host other travelers who want to come to Cowtown, but hopefully at some point in the near future I'll swap them!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had nothing but good experiences from couchsurfing. Everyone who came to stay with me was great. I haven't had too much opportunity to surf elsewhere yet, but I am looking forward to changing that.

兴趣

I've been riding horses for nearly as long as I can remember. I competed for many years, but sadly had to sell my horses to go back to university and travel.

I dabble in photography. I really love it, but haven't had a chance to take it up seriously.

I love the outdoors. I'm super lucky to live so close to the Canadian Rockies, as they are absolutely stunning! It's amazing to be able to go hiking and camping. Also, they have some pretty stellar snowboarding in the winter!

Breakin' it down and dancing is always a good time.

I've recently attempted to take up running, but we'll see how that goes.

I am interested in politics, history, reading, music, photography, travel etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went to Argentina and Australia which are both amazing places to visit.
Iguacu falls in Argentina are staggeringly beautiful. I have never seen anything like it! There were waterfalls for as far as your eye could see - rushing and roaring and soaking you completely through.
Living in Canada I've never really had the opportunity to see pristinely white beaches. They are unbelievable! The water is ridiculously warm, and there aren't any rocks. Australia is paradise! (other than all of the crazy creepy crawlies that can kill you)
