ABOUT ME

I am a poet, a spoken word artist, a community activist, a journalist (w/ Street Roots - the best and most honest paper in Oregon), and a lover of all people, and especially those who need it. I am dedicated to serving and listening to the broken people of this world and uplifting them out of the mess we find ourselves knee deep in. We are strong and together we shall overcome!

A little about my past:
2001-- Graduated High School
2001-2004-- I was in the Air Force
2004-2006-- I worked for the Democratic Party
2006- 2008-- Fire Fighting and Church and more politics
2009- Poetic Medic - Work with Homeless

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just got back from the Bay Area in Cali. Took 5th in a Poetry Slam there. Loved it! Also Portland was totally Awesome recently.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am involved with a group here in Eugene called Energy Village. It is a community of leaders who want to improve and not exploit the city with community centers and businesses. We meet every Tuesday - 6pm at 55 W. Broadway in In Downtown Eugene.

I have been wanting to start a radical revolutionary art school for quite some time and finally the space is available! So with your help and the help of Energy Village and Josh who owns the space 55 W Broadway will become a school next Monday and I will be teaching 5 classes. Poetry, Zine Making, Radical Revolutionary training, Shelter Building, and urban Survival Skills.
