Newbie here! I'm from Brazil and I'm looking forward to get to know the world. That little journey has started in the USA when I lived in California for 14 months due to a scolarship. I've been to Uruguay cause is close to my state in Brazil, but that's it - for now. Next year, maybe Australia, Morocco, Greece, Egypt... I have a big list, probably best if I don't type it all here.
Unfortunately I can't have guests in my place, but I can totally show you my city (currently living in Pelotas) and hang out with you here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My biggest dream is to travel the world. As mentioned above, I had a scolarship in 2015 for UC Davis (USA) and that moment gave me even more passion about different cultures. I loved hearing different accents and languages, cause there were students from Saudi Arabia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Russia, India and so many more as my classmates. Knowing about their favorite typical dishes, hearing their typical songs. It just fills my heart with joy.
I believe that staying at somebody's place opens up even more opportunities to feel the culture about the place (even if that person isn't from there originally).
Also, I wanna feel like I can trust people again, no matter where they were born. We are all one. (:

Of the top of my mind, a favorite book is "The secret life of bees", from Sue Monk Kidd. Music? Oh, from The Beatles to Ed Sheeran, brazilian groups and so on...
Movies, as my pics already suggests, Harry Potter and I might add more here when I remember haha.
I like watching Chicago PD, Lucifer, Laaw & Order SVU, but also Fuller House, Friends, HIMYM and that's another list that just goes on and on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived abroad and that was huge for me. It gave me a sense of sooo much. Opened up my head and heart for so many things. Took me courage.

I would love to learn some German and Italian! But also any other language, truly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't know how to cook (I know, starting with a bummer haha), but I can tell you about what is real and what isn't when people talk about Brazil, and show you some music from here. I can teach you some Portuguese, and help you with English or Spanish, and if by any chance you are from the Environmental area, that's something else we can talk about. As a photographer, I can offer some nice pics of you around your town.
