Hey there! I’m Rae :-) thanks for taking the time to read my profile. What to say... I’m a queer woman from remote Perth in Western Australia who has (literally in the last week) begun travelling solo for the first time... ever :D

I’ve just spent eight days in Edinburgh which has been such an incredible, soul-nurturing experience and has certainly ignited something within me. I’m excited to explore more places, especially in nature, and meet more people.
I just had my first couchsurfing experience (being hosted) which was exciting and rewarding and I would love to continue to connect with people through CS.

What I love: Being in and exploring nature, animals (all of them... with a very fond place in my heart for sausage dogs, I just can’t help it :p), music, observing people, authenticity and openness, hugs (the more hugs the better), a casual drink with company, a good dance, expanding my mind and heart with thought-provoking conversation and new experiences :-)

I feel like this is the beginning of a wonderful new part of my life and I hope you will be a part of my journey <3
