ABOUT ME

My husband and I are taking a year off work to learn how to be parents to our amazing little boy Andreas! (He’s 10 months old) This is our most rewarding adventure so far.

At the moment we’re cycling around Taiwan, South Korea and Japan, and having the greatest time introducing Andreas to different cultures, and making new friends as we go.

I try to host and surf as much as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing, hosting, just generally meeting up. I've even ended up living with a few couchsurfers. All my couchsurfing experiences have been amazing. For me it's the best way to travel.

Interessen

The usual - food, books, movies, music! What I like really depends on my mood in any given moment. When I'm down I love to start planning my next trip, it cheers me up instantly. I love experiencing new things and taking spur of the moment trips.

Impossible to narrow it down to just one thing, so here's my list... so far.

Doing my first parachute jump on my 16th birthday.
Bungee jumping off the Transporter Bridge.
Hot air ballooning in Goreme, Cappadocia... just beautiful!
Visiting the incredible golden city in India, Jaisalmer.
Climbing Batu Punguul in Borneo.
Off-road motorbiking around Mongolia.
Sleeping on the Great Wall of China, in a lightning storm.
Cycling the Danube
Travelling by bicycle around Taiwan with my 7 month old baby boy.
