我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are willing to participate by offering a space in our humble home to share and learn about other cultures and people's walks of life.
We also like to attend CS events to meet other like minded people in Adelaide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted many couch surfers over the past 2 years - all have been a great experience. We have also attended and organised some CS events in Adelaide.

Rae - craft, going to the movies and bike riding.
Don - cars and motorsport, photography. I love to travel.
We both love bike riding and will often go for a ride at the weekends.

Don - I like to read - Steven King, Wilbur Smith, Tom Clancy, John Grisham. Favourite movies are Shawshank Redemption, Ferries Bueller's Day Off, The Castle, Flying High, Indiana Jones. Favourite movie of 2006 was The Departed. The music I like is Aussie Rock (old AC/DC, Cold Chisel, Jet etc) plus Pink Floyd, Led Zep, Springsteen, Mellencamp.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Rae - spent five months in Zimbabwe, stepped out of my comfort zone to gain a greater understanding and appreciation of the life I lead as an Australian.
Don - bungy jump at Victoria Falls, the cricket at Lords, Dawn Service at ANZAC Cove and also at the War Memorial in Canberra. Best fun was having snowball fights with or Swiss friends in the Zurich Railway station!
