I'm Rafa, I study architecture at the German university of Karlsruhe (KIT).

For my masters degree I most likely will move to Stuttgart in october.
I love Portugal, Spain and France - but also Brazil. And it would be awesome to make long abroad experiences or even move to one of these countries.

I'm an open-minded and comunicatve person.
I think I'm not really a typical stereotype of an architectural student haha
But even though I like to talk about architecture too, besides a lot of other topics (travelling, nature, cooking, experiences, culture, festivals ......)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I really like meeting up new people of different countries and culteres. It really nice having friends all over the world.

I think couchsurfing is a great opportunitiy to travel around the world as a student without getting into financial problems. For me a simple place to stay is perfect, I don't need further luxury.
I just like the idea of couchsurfing!!

Some of the countries sympazise wiht especially are Portugal and Italy. That's why I particularly learn these languages. I hope to visit these countries soon!

兴趣

I really looove to know and live in foreign cities, my favorite city so far is Lisbon, where I could live at least 2 months and make some friends.

When I travel I alwys try to do a divergent program, walking around a lot, finding nice parks and viewpoints.
I'm interested to really get to know a place an meet with local people.

Besides the sightseeing in the city, I like to take some days out and just stay at the beach and on the other hand, do some activities, like hiking.

In the evening I like to go out to bars (if possible with life music) or cultural programs too, sometimes a club too, mainly if they play hip-hop or latin music :)

I like to learn languages just by talking and trying, I love to know new people in other cities and make friends all over the world.
I think I can help you improve your language skills.
I'm thinking of learning some catalan :)

I like also to learn how to prepare regional dishes and can offer to prepare a good cheesecake or Flammkuchen, or Pizza
