I am a young avid traveler that likes the Jethro Tull!

I am a Brazilian student living in Grenoble, France. I am doing a PhD in Physics (Optics). Amongst my passions and hobbies I can mention: running, badminton, playing the guitar & ukulele and going out for drinks... ahh did I mentioned I like the Jethro Tull?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined CS back than in 2011 to meet people from different nationalities in Brazil. I was also part of IAESTE back then and I wanted to practice German and English.

Interests

I like music, live concerts, playing the guitar and ukulele, jogging, badminton, swimming and a fantastic band called Jethro Tul... seriously go check "Thick as Brick" right now!

Music :

Jethro Tull is my fav. band, but I love so much music that it would be boring to write a giant list here.

Movie:

The Godfather (Francis Coppola) - but anything from Tarantino will do. I am currently in a Kubrik phase, though.

Book:

The Master and the Margarita (Mikhail Bulgakov) - I like to read books related to the WW's too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completed a jig-saw puzzle in 3 months (box said 4-6 years).

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach physics, x-ray optics and x-ray physics... but I am not sure this is what this field is about.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bring some Pastis or saucisson from France and we make an apero together.
