ABOUT ME
We're a 30+ married couple living with two crazy cats. We spend most of our weekdays working in marketing and on the weekends we catch up with private life and all the hobbies - travel (we love weekend trips), reading, listening to the music, watching movies, riding bike, playing xbox, sightseeing, hanging out with friends, spending time in the nature and many, many more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before we started to use couchsurfing, we thought it was to save money. Then we tried and we discovered a completely different level of experiencing travel - through people. We learned that the most amazing part of every trip are people, and the surroundings are just enhancing this people experience. We love it and cannot leave without it anymore!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment we surf from time to time. Hosting is not very easy for us, due to restrictions of our appartment. However, we are more than happy to host back our ex-hosts, who don't mind :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We did two one-week road trips (one in Germany in June 2014, one in Italy in September 2014), during which we surfed at a different place every night and we absolutely loved it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Spent two days in an elephant shelter in Thailand taking care of a retired elephant
- Took a balloon flight at dawn over Bagan - a city with 4.000 medieval temples in Burma
- Helped in an English lesson in a village school in Burma
- Fired a few shots from Kalashnikov in Vietnam
- Trekked through jungle in Malaysia
- Toured whisky distilleries in Scotland
- Held an alligator in Venezuela
- Drove a Ferrari in Italy

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can passionately talk about travelling and share many travelling stories

We can cook together, selecting across many cuisines that we like and are able to cook

We can do sightseeing together, as we love to explore new places

Finally, we can just hang out and talk about life
