I like to meet people from all around the world. I like to learn from different cultures. This way I'm able to open my mind to a new vision. Everybody is different, so that's the reason because everybody are complementary to each other.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was waiting for a flight in Newark Airport. I was traveling to Barcelona and I saw a guy that was reading a travelers book about Barcelona. The guy was very friendly and he started talking to me about the way he was traveling. That was the first time I heard the word "couchsurfing". I thought that it was a great idea. I wanted to be part of this. This is not for tourists. This is for travelers... Tourists see and travelers seek... We are different. Now, my house is open for travelers, to learn from eachother!

Mientras esperaba un vuelo en el aeropuerto de Newark, esperando mi conexión a Barcelona, vi a una persona leyendo un libro de viajeros acerca de Barcelona. Se comportó muy amigable y comenzó a platicar de la manera como estaba viajando. Fue la primera vez que escuché el término "couchsurfing". Pensé que era una idea genial. Quise ser parte de esto. Esto no es para turistas sino para viajeros. Los turistas sólo ven y los viajeros buscan. Somos diferentes. Mi casa está abierta para que podamos aprender uno del otro!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A road trip starting from Mexico and ending in Canada... That was awesome! We started the journey in Monterrey, Mexico... To the north border of Mexico with USA... I drove to Houston, Tx and we were hosted by some Colombian friends that I have there... The journey continued to Louisiana, Alabama... We crossed the Mississippi River. We reached Atlanta. We had the adventure of our life in Charlotte, North Carolina; then to Virginia, Washington, New York, Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas and then, back to Mexico... Awesome!!!

I teach from the experiences that I've had and have everyday. I have an open mind to learn because I know that I do not possess the truth and everybody is complementary to another human being. Every word listened is a new learning experience. I like to share my experience to other people. I think that by sharing our world it would be a better way to make new connections, stories, and new experiences for life.

I have an unoccupied room with a bed, I have a sofa bed and a hammock. You can have access to the kitchen, you can use my dishes, pans, you can store stuff in my fridge, but I will ask you to be clean because I like to have my house clean. If you use something, return it to the same place that you saw it. I do not smoke but I have a terrace where you can smoke. If you want to do laundry you can do it but I do not have dryer machine, just washing machine. I will request that you must not let visitors get into the house.

Dispongo de una habitación desocupada con una cama, así como un sofa-cama que está en la sala de la casa y una hamaca. Puedes tener acceso a la cocina, usar mis platos, sartenes. Puedes guardar alimentos en mi refrigerador pero te pediré que seas limpio porque me gusta mantener mi casa limpia. Si usas algo, regrésalo al mismo lugar de donde lo tomaste, Yo no fumo pero tengo una terraza donde puedes fumar. Puedes usar la lavadora pero no tengo secadora. Te pido que no traigas visitantes a la casa.
