Hello Everyone !

My name is Raffael, I’m half Swiss and half Brazilian but I lived my whole live in Switzerland. I grow up in the beautiful Ticino, the italian-speaking side of Switzerland and moved to Zürich a few years ago!

I love nature and especially my beloved mountains, I can’t have enough just of watching them from my window.

A great passion of mine is music and because of that passion I spend much of my holiday time in festivals around Europe. That because I can combine another of my hobbies, camping…there’s something greater as to find yourself in a tent with a cold ( most of the time unfortunately a warm one ) beer surrounded by music and people that like to party as you do? The music in the festival I like to go are mostly Metal and rock and Psytrance/Prog/Techno. But I love all kind of music from classical to pop.

I speak Italian and Portuguese as mother tongues and speak fluently English. I can speak and understand Spanish, French and German but I’m not as fluent.

I really love to travel to and discover as much as possible the culture and the way people live where I travel, that’s why I love to travel in this way..not just for the cheap part but for the learning side of it. I’d love to bring my two cultures to you while learning about yours.

travelling alone in Japan and just getting lost on purpose to discover nice and cozy places...
...my first time away from home for 4 months ( From Switzerland to San Francisco ) to learn english and discover myself...
...Each time in a festival is different, you discover people from all around the world in an environment that makes people do the craziest and wildest stuff and it's an amazing experience every time...
...Trying to sleep in a tent in the middle of the alps while there's a big summer storm outside and instead of sleep start singing with my brother and my friends.. :D ...
