I'm Raffaele, nice to meet you!

I was born in Bern, Switzerland, but my origins are from Italy (Father) and Portugal (Mother). I was lucky that my parents taught me both languages :)

I consider myself an open-minded and optimistic person who's never tired of meeting new people. As traveling allows you to meet new people, cultures and learn also languages it became very early my biggest passion.

Meeting new people, learning about new cultures and sharing beautiful moments with people you have just met is priceless, and in my opinion Couchsurfing allows you to do all those things in once!

Most important for me while traveling is the opportunity of meeting local people, and there is nothing better than getting good leads or sharing cultural, traditional experiences with the people of the city you are visiting :)

Interessen

Beside of traveling and meeting new people I also like to do sports!

I play a brazilian instrument which is called "Cavaquinho", it's kind of a Ukulele (but I'm still a beginner :)

My favorite music is Samba, Salsa and Bachata. But I think it is always good to have a mix of lots of music genres.
