I'm all about embracing life with a positive outlook and a whole lot of interests.

I define myself a curious and an explorer white a passion for cuisine, fitness and personal growth.

Cooking is my passion , a way for me to express my creativity. I absolutely love sharing my dishes with others, learn from every culture, and experimenting with new combinations. My aim is to find the best recipes, that are truly satisfying, but healthy and nutritious.

I also love to train and do sports, adopting an hybrid training approach that includes: lifting, calistenichs, running, swimming, yoga, functional training and so on. I love to play sports especially basketball.

Grew up in a place rich in natural beauties, I love to detach from noise and connect with natural places such sea, mountains, hills, lakes, forests

Graduated in Digital and Social Innovation. I’m studying to improve my skills in digital and business, creating and sharing contents on social media.
