I'm a foodie thru and thru I admit!
I work as a vegan retreat chef ans I run a food blog (it's in German and English) where I share my self created vegan recipes.

I believe in the transformative power of now.

I enjoy peaceful ways of spending my time like practicing yoga (I'm also a Yoga teacher) or going for walks or hikes in nature. And beware... I'm not into small talk! I prefer diving deep into conversations, the big questions in life and the emotional levels of our being.
But don't get me wrong. I also like to go out and dance all night and simply enjoy music, conversations, eat good food and laugh :)
