ABOUT ME

My name is Ulrich. I heard a lot of great things about Couch Surfing. I like to go to Rainbow Gatherings, Yoga and Santo Daime works, where I enjoy to be with other people. This is what mainly attracts me to Couch Surfing.

I bake my own bread (sour dough) and roast coffee myself. If you'd like to taste fresh coffee or bread, you have definitely to show up here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Till now, I had two CS experiences, which were very pleasant.

Interests

I love *Aikido* very much. Aikido is a martial art as well as a way to live and a very beautiful way of moving together. It is a philosophy of non-violence and 'go with the flow', which has helped me so far to become more in peace with my self. If you stay, you can allways have a training with me (any time together, or in the Dojo on sunday morning ;-)

I also like to talk about *politics* (I consider myself politically neutral, with a touch of socialism, liberalism and conservatism) and other more or less philosophical subjects, like *religion*, culture, among others.

I like *Rainbow Gatherings* a lot. Been in Ukrain, Serbia, England and Germany (EU gatherings) as well as smaller ones in Netherland.

I go to *Santo Daime* 'karma-works' as well. I enjoy that very much. Singing, dancing and my relation with God the Universe ('Deus sive Natura', for those Spinozists among you ;-)

Recently, I started practicing (Vinyasa) *Yoga*.
