ABOUT ME

Gee, where to start? I have been happily married for 38 years and have two great kids. I have spent a lot of time (and money) car racing but I quit racing and now I just help some other racers, which gives me more time to travel. I have had only great Couchsurfing experiences, both visiting and hosting and I am looking forward to more.

PHILOSOPHY

My biggest regrets are things I didn't do, not things I've done. I try to keep that in mind when I am deciding how to spend my time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have visited quite a few couchsurfers and also hosted. I have taken my 82 year old father with me and every experience has been a great one. I look forward to more!

Centres d'intérêt

I like car racing and have enjoy going to my kids' various sporting events. I love to read when there is time. Of course I love to travel. I haven't traveled as much as I would like but I have been doing a little more as the kids have become more independent.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love to read a variety of books. Lots of fiction with a few biographies thrown in, and of course I try to read up on any place I plan on travelling to. I am kind of an old fogey when it comes to music, old time rock and roll and jazz mostly but I enjoy most music and can tolerate almost all. As far as movies, I guess I like a variety, I can't think of much I dislike.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

It's been an amazing ride so far but no one thing sticks out. Couchsurfing is toward the top of the list, though.
