Overview
About Me
A CS member since 2008. I travel a bit. I mostly participate by hosting others at my place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
CS meant a lot to me when I first started travelling. I hope to keep it alive and I hope it stays a place of positive travel experiences for all.
Interests
Peace and love.
And some art.
Music, Movies, and Books
I am more likely to play Yugoslav music than any other kind.
“Мother and Son” by Aleksandr Sokurov is one of my favourite films ever, mostly for its cinematography.
“Of Walking in Ice” is the diary of Werner Herzog as he walked from Munich to Paris, I highly recommend to anyone who finds themself on a journey.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked across Bosnia and Herzegovina, border to border, east to west, with two of my favourite people.

Steps for Open-Minded Inquiry:
Observe your immediate response to a different idea or behavior.
Try to suspend your original feelings and opinions in order to actively seek out and consider other points of view.
Continue your efforts at non-judgmental dialogue and analysis until you can understand how this different idea or behavior makes sense from within a particular perspective or cultural context.
This process does not require you to change your mind, but you must be open to the possibility that you will be changed by the experience.
Revisit your original response.
You still may not be able to change your feelings but moral/political judgment may be different. It will certainly be better informed, and more ethical – because it’s based on more active respect for other people.
