About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live! as in... LIVE

ABOUT ME

It's been a long time since I've given up on describing myself in a small box with words...

PHILOSOPHY

LIVE... But lately have been perplexed over the reason why I live. As of now, my conclusion is that I'd like to put a smile on as many faces as I can, while I live.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not a hard core couchsurfer. But I love it when I know that I can find and make friends wherever I go to. Local events are also a good place to meet very interesting people.

I've met a few wonderful people and made good friends! Looking forward to have more special experiences

Music, Movies, and Books

Am a movie buff, No doubts. Would be impossible to list a few of my favourites but let me try - In our good old bollywood, it has to be Rang De Basanti, Taare Zameen Par and My brother Nikhil... And yeah, Rock On and even a few old time favourites like Trishul...

Among english movies, I guess Blood diamond, Last king of Scotland, Saw series at times (yeah, weird I know), Rocky!!! A lot more actually.

Foreign language, lets see, haven't seen that many but still I loved 'Amreeka' Have seen it three times now. I make it a point not to miss the Dubai International Film Festival and catch on as much different language movies as possible.

BOOKS - Have been bitten by the reading bug recently but have devoured quite a few interesting books. 'Paths of Glory' by Jeffery Archer made me so interested in the Everest that I then went ahead and read 'Into thin Air' (John Krauker). Absolutely loved it.

The Fountainhead however has to be the best book I've ever read... Amazing amazing read.

On a lighter note, I liked books by Indian bloggers as well - My Friend Sancho (Amit Verma).

And ya, White Tiger was different and interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done has to be scuba diving in phuket...

Teach, Learn, Share

I dunno if I could teach anything but I'm an eager student.

Countries I’ve Visited

India, Jordan, Kuwait, Netherlands, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen
