ABOUT ME

Originally from Malta in the Mediterranean, but have lived in London, Barcelona, Japan and Ireland , after spending my early years in Kent in England. very friendly, interesting, open minded, not good at telling jokes, I've recently finished working and have been a loving family man for the last 20 years(I have a 20 year old daughter and a 16 year old son) and now want to get back to getting out there , travelling and meeting people.
I am really looking forward to travelling to Australia for the first time to watch cricket and get as much of the culture that I can.

I love being with people in their natural habitat, I don't like hotels, where you feel a stranger.
When I lived in London, I used to meet and invite strangers to come and stay with me and make them feel at home. I loved those opportunities to share our cultures, experiences and dreams.
When I travelled through Africa long before 'Couchsurfing ' was invented, I stayed with people all the time , all through Africa for 9 months. That they always wanted to learn as much about me as possible, as well as me about them(there was no internet, mobile phones).
