Hello! I'm Raleigh. I'm college student from North Carolina who spends all of his free time (and money) traveling about. I play music in a rock band-singer/guitarist, so I don't mind cranking it up and/or serenading all those willing xD. I'm an easy going, fun loving person. I'm one of the least picky eaters imaginable, and I can cook, too! I'm pretty flexible with whatever accommodations are available; as long as there's a roof, I'll be okay. I'm a good talker, a good listener; I like to think a person you'll enjoy having around for a few days.

Oh, and I like to keep things tidy. It's a big deal to let strangers into your home, so I like to do my best to minimize my presence: I clean up after myself, I keep things quiet, and don't mind lending a hand in doing house chores and what not.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I have a great time meeting people. In all of my adventures, it's whom I meet that makes my time the most memorable. My experiences so far with Couchsurfing have given great friends and memories, so I'd like to see where else it'll take me.

otherwise, I love the 60's, 70's, 80's thrash, grunge, and a bit of what's going on in the local scene.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe just always pushing myself to the next level. Traveling to Italy by myself? Eating scorpions in China? Going to places where I'm the only English speaker within 100 miles? haha I'm not sure. I'll be glad to share some of those stories later.
