Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a bit of couchsurfing experience, but not nearly enough. Will have to improve on it, because every time I do it I have a great time.

Interests

Favourite film: Big Lebowski (yes I know it is a cliche)

Music: eclectic mix of everything, from classic oldies out of the 50's to electro and dance. It just depends on my mood.

Books: as a traveller I take what I can get!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I dug my hosts grave in Masshad, Iran. Not because he was dying but because he considered it good luck to dig his own grave and wanted to do it while it was still cheap, he needed help and I am always one to help. Maybe not amazing, but it was interesting!

Teach, Learn, Share

Realise that you can't be friends or get along with everybody, the trick is to be as nice as you can, and if you meet somebody you don't like, or they don't like you, for whatever reason, just remember you can leave anytime because there is no law forcing you to remain in their company.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good tale, a laugh and good meal (which I will cook, so maybe it won't be good, but I at least I will try!)
