ABOUT US
I like to share my love of the local countryside. I live in a small North Yorkshire village, just a few miles south of Northallerton. My house lies between the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales, so it's an ideal area for walking or cycling. I have a lively border collie who likes lots of attention!

Please note, I live 45km(28 miles) north of York.

We've had the pleasure of hosting several people since joining and had memorable experiences staying with fantastic hosts in France & Majorca.

I love photography, textiles, art, nature, baking and growing vegetables. I enjoy walking, camping and travelling to places off the beaten track.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked to Annapurna Base Camp. Seeing the mighty Himalayas all around us at sunrise was a moving and humbling experience.
