ABOUT ME

My name - obviously - is Ralph and I am a student at the University of Bayreuth, a small town in Bavaria.

I've been travelling a lot in the last year and I had the opportunity to surf on many couches of very nice people! Now I want to give back what people offered to me and start to host people myself, who hopefully will feel comfortable here!

I am very open minded, not complicated and just looking for a nice authentic time in the cities I visit and with the people I meet.

I like to learn from local people and also like to share my own views and knowledge with others.

Interests

One of my great passions music. I played the trumpet for about 9 years and am starting to play the ukulele at the moment. Furthermore I like to read. My favourite book is "The picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love everything that's a bit of folk and country (Laura Marling, Mumford and Sons, Johnny Flynn, etc.) but also more synth. music (alt j, youth lagoon, etc.). I am not so much into movies, but I love "Garden State" and "Harold and Maude".
At the moment I am reading the memoires of Erich Fried!
